Delivery of goods ordered via TradeMe.

Having won one of our auctions, you will automatically receive our standard payment instructions via TradeMe.

This will include how to pay by Direct Bank Deposit/online banking (since most of our customers prefer this method of payment). If you wish to pay by another means (ie. credit card) please let me know via email.

After we have seen that your payment has cleared, we will authorise our warehouse in NELSON to dispatch your goods.*

Thereafter, delivery is handled by various courier services, and can be generally expected to be with you within 5 working days. Rural deliveries may take longer.

While we will always take every effort to add any personal instructions you may have in regards to delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for the actions of individual couriers in following them.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE anywhere in New Zealand (city or rural) on all purchases over $100.

What Courier do you use?

Most of our deliveries leave via our warehouse near NELSON - using FASTWAYS various courier services and FLIWAYS for larger shipments (reels, etc).

How long will delivery take?

When we have seen that your payment has cleared into our account, we will authorise our warehouse to dispatch your goods.

Please be aware that sometimes payments take a few days to show into our account, and emails/accounts are not always checked daily.

Thereafter, delivery is handled by various courier services, and can be generally expected to be with you within 5 working days. Rural deliveries may take longer.

While we will always take every effort to add any personal instructions you may have in regards to delivery, we cannot accept the actions of individual couriers in following them.

What if I'm rural?

All purchases over $100 are FREE anywhere in New Zealand. There is no additional charge for rural delivery.

Please note: Rural deliveries may take a day or two above the normal delivery time, as it has to be passed on to the rural contractor. If you're in a hurry and need your order as soon as possible, it is best to either arrange a non-rural address.

How can you tell if you are rural? If your mail is delivered by the rural postie, then you are most likely to be rural delivery.

What about P.O. Box deliveries?

Most courier companies are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes as CourierPost has exclusive P.O. Box delivery rights, which means that generally we can't accept a P.O. Box as your delivery address. This is an unfortunate issue, but is out of our control.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes - but we are in rural NELSON

And it MAY be possible for us to deliver between NELSON & MOTUEKA.

However, delivery is FREE anywhere in NZ for all purchases over $100.
