Paying for goods ordered via TradeMe.

Having won one of our auctions, you will automatically receive our standard payment instructions via TradeMe within a few days.

This will include how to pay by Direct Bank Deposit/online banking (since most of our customers prefer this method of payment). If you wish to pay by another means (ie. credit card) please let me know via email.

After your payment has cleared, we will authorise our warehouse to dispatch your goods.
Please be aware that sometimes payments take a few days to show into our account, and we are not always available to check emails/accounts daily.

Thereafter, delivery is handled by various courier services, and can be generally expected to be with you within 5 working days.

While we will always take every effort to add any personal instructions you may have in regards to delivery, we cannot accept the actions of individual couriers in following them.

Direct Bank Deposit

You can deposit your payment into our account via a 'direct bank deposit' in any NATIONAL BANK branch, or your own bank.

Please note: Remember to ask the teller to add your name and TradeMe auction number as the reference for the deposit, as this is the only way to tell what payment is for what order! If you forget your auction number, please use make sure you use your family name (surname) at least.

Internet Banking - Transfer

Bank transfers via Internet are usually the easiest way to deposit funds into our account.

Transfers usually go in overnight, providing you set them up before a certain time that day. Please contact your bank for more information about these services.

Whilst ever effort is made to check our bank and email accounts daily we not always be able to - so please allow us a few days.

Please note: Transfers set up on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day, which means the payment will usually show on the 2nd next business day. (ie.Transfers setup over the weekend will be processed Monday night and should show in our account on the following Tuesday).

Credit Card

Yes, we accepted payment by Credit Card. When you win an auction, email me your phone number. I will call you back at the first available opportunity.

Cash

Unfortunately we do NOT have a facility to accept cash (except on personal deliveries within Nelson - and by prior arrangement ONLY) This is because we use various courier services.

Cheque

Payment by personal or company cheque is accepted, however please note that we will wait for the cheque to clear before sending out your order. If you need your item(s) in a hurry, one of the other payment options are highly recommended.

We also accept bankers cheques and as there is no clearance necessary. Please ask about this when you email me after winning one of our TradeMe auctions.

Layby

Due the limited stock we hold mid-summer season we do NOT accept layby...sorry!

GST receipts

GST receipts are available upon request. We are a GST registered company.
