How do I inflate my pool float?

1. Remove the valve cap located on the back of the float, beneath the head rest pillow. Pull out the valve stem so it is open and fully extended.
2. Inflate the two air chambers for the pillow and outer ring. Inflate by mouth or hand pump – do not use high-pressure air to inflate.
3. Immediately cover the valve opening with your thumb and press down firmly, closing the valve. Replace the valve cap.

How do I deflate & store in my pool float?

1. Remove the valve cap and pull out the valve stem so it is open and fully extended. Air will automatically be released. Open both air chambers and deflate before folding your Spring Float.
2. Hold the Spring Float in front of you as shown, palms facing out. Bring your hands together in front of you, forming a shell or taco shape.
3. Overlap your hands and the float will automatically close into three small circles for storage in the carry bag.

Do I need to inflate my Spring Float to use it?

Yes, it is recommended that you inflate the pillow and the outer ring - which is far less than most pool floats!

Do I need to deflate my Spring Float before folding it and placing it back in its carrying case?

Yes, the Spring Float must be completely deflated before making attempts to re-fold the float and place it back in its carrying case.

Are SwimWays products fade-proof?

SwimWays plastic is 'fade-resistant', but NOT 'fade-proof'.

'Fade inhibitors' are added to these outdoor products that help slow down the effect of UV light and chlorine. Colors can start to fade over time, especially if the product is left in an area where it is exposed to direct sunlight and chlorine most of the day. Fading does not affect the integrity of these products in any way.
